The Media download contains the native tool. Video rendering also needs a separately installed FFmpeg build with H.264 (libx264) and AAC support.
Find Windows builds from FFmpeg’s download page ↗. Once installed, ask Media to use the absolute path to ffmpeg.exe. It never downloads or installs a renderer automatically.
@Media Check the renderer. If needed, use the ffmpeg.exe file I select.
One original. A different edit.
These clips were rendered by the released Media executable. The portrait version slows gradually around the middle, keeps the tone quieter, and leaves the original file unchanged. Use the player controls to compare.
This is demonstration footage, not a customer project. The browser players show exported files; editing happens through your installed Media tool.

Windows x64 local desktop conversations. FFmpeg is a separate requirement: install a build with libx264 and AAC, then select ffmpeg.exe. Video only: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM and M4V. Sources up to 2 GiB and 20 minutes. Exports up to ten minutes, 1920×1080 or 1080×1920, at 24 fps. Ramps use 32 gradual speed steps. Each render stops after 120 seconds. Up to 500 projects and 30 saved edits per project. Originals remain at their selected paths; moving them needs a new import. No automatic upload, publishing or background monitoring.
